Justice:

Client was charged with Attempted Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree and Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree because a woman told the police she thought Client was going to rape her. At trial attorney Paul D. Sellers was able to point out the inconsistencies in the woman's story and got her to admit that Client hadn't even tried to take her clothes off. She had just assumed he was going to rape her because "that's what men do." The judge saw right through the false allegations and after the trial was over found Client NOT GUILTY on both charges. A win!
